One size does not fit all when it comes to therapy

We are each unique and the relationship we form in therapy will also be unique. Working together we will discover which approaches best to suit you.

My approach is integrative, transpersonal and relational. I work creatively, drawing on a blend of talking therapy as well as more embodied practices including working with imagery and dreams.

I provide a compassionate, empathetic and collaborative space, free from bias and judgement. I offer a trauma-informed, inclusive practice that affirms LGBTQI+ identities, is neuro-affirmative, and values multicultural difference.

A reflective private space

There is no limit to the kind of concerns, which can be discussed in therapy.

Often underlying issues are interlinked; therapy offers a reflective private space to make these connections. By exploring behaviour, emotions, and ways of relating there is opportunity for change or an acceptance of the way things are.
