About me

I am Lucy (she/her) and I am an Integrative Transpersonal Psychotherapist and Counsellor based in Bristol.

I have worked for over two decades in the Public Service, working in both international development and education. I undertook a Masters in Post Conflict Recovery and have lived internationally.

Core to my career has been the importance of human connection and it is this, plus my own life experience that drew me to psychotherapy as a route to healing and transformation.

People I work with

I believe that each individual is gifted – gifted with their own unique potential – and that the quest of our lives is to re-connect and stay in connection with our own truth, our own unique gift, our own vital spark with which we were born.

Through living we often become disconnected from this spark. Surviving in the face of what life throws at us, shapes who we are and how we show up. I believe in the transformative role therapy can play in coming back to ourselves, in deepening self-understanding, increasing awareness and creating meaningful change in our lives as we spiral back towards whole-ness.

I have experience in working with those who have experienced trauma and in working with abuse. I have also worked particularly in the area of finding voice and agency, reclaiming one’s story and in identity and motherhood.
